In I am the Diva's challenge #65, this week's tangle is Huggy Bear from JJ LaBarbera.. It was a great opportunity for me to explore TanglePatterns.com. I went from Huggy Bear to Huggins and W2 and Basketweave and ended up including them all!
Here is my contribution to the Huggy Bear challenge...
Huggy bear heaven!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely!
Deletei need to try this - yours looks great!
ReplyDeleteEggsellent Easter basket!
ReplyDeleteNice combination of tangles, and I love that you've Huggy Bear in flower petals.
ReplyDeleteThanks I wanted a simple design so I could focus on learning how to do these new-to-me tangles :)
DeleteI like the movement of your tile. You have used the windmill in the center and then to me it looks like prop blades. I like how your border flows around too.
ReplyDeleteReally nice tile! I like the informal symmetry of the edges, and the nice balance of the tangles. Plus your huggy bears are really cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks for looking at my collages. They're the other main type of art I'm working on. Doing the collages is an entirely different kind of zen than doing zentangles!
Love all of your variations of Huggy Bear! You inspire me to "think outside the box" a little more! :D
ReplyDeleteI like the way it's escaping from the frame :)
ReplyDeleteI think it turned out great! Love all the different tangles you used. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job! Beautiful tile.
ReplyDeletelike an exotic flower!
